Jessica Bell
Jessica Bell is a mixed media artist working on her MFA who has been getting a fair amount of attention for her work recently. She combines painting and collage to create abstract compositions of landscapes.
I love her use of color and shape, in this sense her work is somewhat related to my own in terms of composition and emphasis on color. I love how even when she isn't layering paper she achieves the same effect with paint.
